Glass lamination
By applying glass lamination technology, we produce a product consisting of two or more glass panes, glass with a mirror, or mirror with mirror, bonded together using EVA film. The use of next-generation film ensures safety, as in the event of breakage, the glass remains ‘adhered’ to the film, and its fragments do not scatter. Any potential glass cracks break into small, safe, and non-sharp pieces. To enhance strength and durability, the lamination process is primarily applied to tempered glass, although the lamination of non-tempered glass is not excluded.
By using lamination technology, we can combine different types of glass of any thickness, and by applying coloured films, backlit films, graphics, wallpapers, fabrics, non-woven materials, metal meshes, veneers, and other materials, we can additionally achieve an excellent decorative effect.
The maximum dimensions of glass sheets that we can offer you are 1500 x 3000 mm.
Laminated, safe, decorative glass has a wide range of applications as:
- Glass partitions
- Glass doors
- Glass balustrades
- Glass Canopies
- Shelves, glass furniture.
